OUR MONTHLY MEETINGS & PROGRAMS:

We meet ordinarily on the second Monday evening, 6:30 PM each month, except for June, July and December. We meet at the Wise County Courthouse, usually in the second floor 271st District Courtroom, on the square in downtown Decatur, TX.

THE NEXT MONTHLY MEETING WILL BE MONDAY, AUGUST 9, 2010 @ 6:30 PM
In the 271st District Courthroom on the 2nd floor of the Wise Count Courthouse. We will hear from various ones of our Wise County Delegates who represented us at the Texas State Republican Convention at the Dallas Convention Center in Dallas June 11-12. Here is a report from our Delegation.

Our newly elected State Republican Executive Committeewoman, Rena Peden, Parker County, will greet us, as well as our newly elected State Republican Executive Committeeman, Golden Elkins, Young County, will attend. They are our SREC representatives from Texas Senate District #30, of which Wise County is one of 18 counties in it. This is their first two-year term each, and term limits of the Republican Party of Texas limits them to eight years.

PROGRAM IN THE COMING MONTHS

September 13, 2010:

We conduct a Fund Raiser for our Congressional Representative Kay Granger (District #12) at Brushy Creek Vineyard. It wll start at 6:00 PM (instead of the usual 6:30) She will conduct a town hall style Q&A with the people about what's going on in Washington. LOCATION is 572 CR 2798, Alvord, TX 940-427-4747.

 

October 11, 2010:

State Representative Phil King - (District #61) - will speak about doing away with School Property Taxes. This is to reveal many things occuring on which the public should have voting discretion.

 

November 8, 2010:

The Conservative Hispanic Society, which is represented by Alfonso Pina, MD, will speak on the topic, "Liberals Kidnap the Hispanic Community."

December:

Our Annual Christmas Party will be conducted. Dates and times will be posted here when finalized.

January 10, 2011: Yet to be announced

Febraury 14, 2011: Yet to be announced

March 5, 2011:

Our Annual Fund Raiser known as the "Rhinestone Roundup." The keynote speaker will be Mr. Bob McEwen, an international speaker and a Fox News contributor.
